In support of our operation in Indonesia as part of Emerio’s strategy to strengthen its presence in Asia, we are looking for young and experienced Professional to fulfill following position:

Jr. Helpdesk

Requirements: 

  • Male or Female maximum 35 years old
  • Diploma or Bachelor degree from Information Technology or Equivalent
  • Must have experience in Banking industry for at least 2 year
  • Respond to request for technical assistance in person, Via phone, Electronically
  • Diangnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues
  • Research question using available information resources,advise user on appropriate procedures
  • Full-Time position(s) available.
