A well established foreign Shipping Company is looking for :

IT SUPPORT

Requirements :

• Male/Female
• Bachelor Degree (S1/D3), preferably from IT/ Computer Science disciplines
• Having Experiences in IT Min 2 years
• Having knowledge of Computer Networking, LINUX, Ms.Exchange, Server is an advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• Possess good communications skills both Indonesian and English
• Hard worker, fast learner, responsible & Having Teamwork Spirit.

Typical work Activities :

• Monitor IT infrastructure support (hardware and equipment), including preventive maintenance (antivirus protection, warranty renewal), trouble shooting (PCs and LAN), servers and communication lines (PABX), in order to ensure IT infrastructures in all offices are working properly and effectively.
• Monitor support on user management, filing and data management (user ID’s and passwords, data backup and protection), in order to ensure all systems and data are working within security standards.
• Provide internal coaching, mentoring and training to all related users in Company regarding IT related matters, in order to ensure the transfer of IT knowledge to all users.
